Your central role

  • You and your team will be the strategic business partner to our Global CTO and Global CUO, translating business strategies into future-oriented HR plans and develop and implement scalable organisational structures
  • Lead the global talent agenda through assessments, succession planning and development strategies
  • Promotes a high-performance, motivating culture by advising on performance issues, analysing engagement surveys and joint cultural action plans
  • You lead our global mobility team, ensuring competitive and compliant mobility offering in partnership with compensation & benefits and HR experts, managing global mobility processes and policies
  • Technical and disciplinary head of the Global Business Partners and Global Mobility teams

Your profile

  • Master's degree in economics or psychology with a focus on human resources and several years of international management experience in complex, global matrix organisations
  • Strong business acumen and proven experience in successfully managing/steering large change projects and the ability to link HR strategies to corporate goals
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills paired with comprehensive HR expertise
  • Strategic, practice-oriented leadership personality with high integrity, judgement, resilience, adaptability and a cooperative, integrative, development-oriented style
  • Business fluent in English with German as an advantage
