Onboarding: Designed to accelerate your start

Our comprehensive onboarding programme supports you throughout your first months at Munich Re – combining in-person events, e-learning sessions on reinsurance and our company culture, and plenty of opportunities to connect and explore. You’ll take part in networking sessions, guided tours of our in-house art collection, and hands-on learning within your team through professional training and real-world experience.

To help you settle in smoothly, you'll also be matched with a personal buddy – an experienced colleague who will be there for you as you navigate your early stages at Munich Re.

By the end of the programme, you will have a clear picture of Munich Re, your role and your next career steps.
