Zeynep is dedicated to strengthening the school in her hometown in Turkey, making education accessible to girls as well. Her commitment aims to empower the next generation of women and pave their way into the future, particularly in IT professions. In Germany, Zeynep continues her passion for inspiring girls to enter the fascinating world of IT.

Reliability means to me working in an environment where trust and honesty form the foundation of our relationships. I am a part of ERGO for more than 30 years and am committed to supporting our customers and trainees at all times. Through open, direct communication and collegiality, we create an atmosphere where every voice is heard. I'm convinced that a reliable partner not only delivers good results but also focuses on human values such as understanding and respect.

In his free time, Sascha seeks out athletic challenges and pursues his goals with great commitment. He is also actively involved in the pride@ergo network and is always willing to listen to others. As a data scientist at ERGO, I use my passion for data and my creativity to drive digital transformation and optimize processes. Caro, our multi-talented data scientist, is passionate about writing short stories in her free time. Her creativity has already earned her several awards in her home country of Colombia. She loves taking long walks along the Rhine, where she often finds new inspiration. Caro places great importance on developing a concrete vision for future topics in order to effectively implement them within the team.
