Immerse yourself in our core business – reinsurance – with a hands-on programme which allow you to explore different business units. You’ll been given real responsibilities while having time to get oriented and build confidence.

With guidance from a dedicated trainer, plus theory sessions, language courses, and skill-building seminars, you’ll expand your knowledge and boost your career potential. And along the way, you’ll connect with peers and build your professional network from day one.

Browse available vocational training opportunities on our Munich Re career website and select the position(s) that best matches your study background and experience.

2 – Submit your application

3 – Application review  
Our team will carefully review your application against the position requirements. 

4 – Interview process  
If shortlisted, you can expect 1–2 interviews with the hiring business unit. The process may vary depending on the position; you will be notified about what to expect should you be selected to interview.
