When can I apply for a training position or a dual study programme?
As soon as you see a job advertisement on our ERGO careers page, you can apply directly!

As long as the job advertisement is online, we look forward to receiving your application.
How do I start my application at ERGO?
Select your dream job and send us your details using the contact form to receive the link to the application test.
What happens after the application test?
We will get back to you as soon as possible! Depending on your choice of training programme, we will invite you to an interview or assessment centre.
Can I repeat the application test?
No, the test can only be taken once.
How do I prepare for the interview?
Use the interview as an opportunity to get to know each other and bring along any questions you may have.
What happens after the interview?
If the interview goes well, we will invite you to an assessment centre where you can show us what you are made of.
Is there a dress code?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in; smart casual is preferred for customer visits.
Are there any disadvantages if I have a slow internet connection?
No, the tasks will only start once they have loaded completely.

Shortly after submitting your details, you will receive a confirmation and, shortly afterwards, a link to the application test.
