FUTURES - Our trainee programme

Exciting projects and real challenges await you in our FUTURES trainee programme. Through the rotations in various different departments, you gather experience and define your own personal path. Off-the-job learning, a deployment in New York and insights into Munich Re Group continuously expand your knowledge base and perspectives.

You get personal support through the buddy programme and mentoring. And at our networking events you will also have the chance to get to know people who can be important for your future career.

Both development paths offer you the chance to expand on your fields of interest and gather valuable experiences in a dynamic environment. FUTURES – The Capital Markets development path

The Capital Markets development path is ideal for you if you have a passion for financial markets and alternative investments! During the 18 months on rotation, you gather valuable know-how in the fields of equities, bonds and alternative investments like private equity and real estate.

FUTURES – The Project & Business Excellence development path

The Project & Business Excellence development path gives you the perfect opportunity to learn all about the processes at an investment manager, and to take an active part in their strategic and operational development! In 18 months of rotations, you gather knowledge about project management and business processes and work on strategic topics and process improvements.
