Rolle und Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Etablierung einer Konzern-übergreifenden Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. CSRD)
- Konzeption und Implementierung von Richtlinien sowie Steuerungskennzahlen zur Messung der Nachhaltigkeit im Konzern
- Erarbeitung und Präsentation von ESG-Themen für die Vorstandsebene und Entscheidungsgremien
- Aufbau und Pflege eines internationalen konzernweiten ESG-Netzwerks und Stakeholder-Management
- Entwicklung und Etablierung von internationalen gruppenweiten Corporate Responsibility Maßnahmen
Profil und Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Assekuranz, Finanzdienstleistung oder Unternehmensberatung, sowie im Projektmanagement oder der Projektleitung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Nachhaltigkeit oder Umweltmanagement
- Ausgeprägte strategisch und analytische Denk- / Arbeitsweise mit konzeptioneller Kreativität, Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie interkulturelle soziale Kompetenz
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
