Our office is located at Überseering 32 in the City Nord office district, an established business location in Hamburg. Our core activity is the commercial and technical management of the real estate portfolio managed by third-party owners. Around 14 employees from the Leasing Management and Technical and Commercial Property Management divisions look after around 37 properties in northern and eastern Germany, especially in Hamburg, Berlin, Bremen and Potsdam. All common asset classes - from office and commercial buildings to residential properties and logistics properties - are managed professionally and comprehensively by us.

Commercial Property Management

Unsere Commercial Property Manager übernehmen die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Mietern und koordinieren deren Anliegen. Sie begleiten den Verhandlungsprozess sowie die Erstellung neuer Mietverträge und stellen durch die Pflege aller relevanten Stammdaten eine korrekte Abbildung der Mietverhältnisse sicher. Ebenfalls verantworten sie das Forderungsmanagement sowie die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung von Kautionsabrechnungen.
