FUTURES – our trainee program

In the FUTURES trainee program, exciting projects and real challenges await you. Through individual rotations across various departments, you will gain experience and shape your own career path. Off-the-job learning, a stay abroad in New York, and insights into Munich Re Group will continuously expand your knowledge and perspectives.
You will receive personal support through a buddy program and mentoring opportunities. Additionally, you willl have the chance to build important contacts for your professional future early on at networking events.

Your development path – your choice

Make your choice, create your path. Choose between the Capital Markets and Business & Project Excellence development paths.

Both paths offer you the chance to deepen your interests and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. The basic structure is identical; the rotations are individually tailored to the respective focus. Shape your own path in asset management.

FUTURES – Capital Markets development path

The Capital Markets development path is ideal for you if you have a passion for financial markets and alternative investments. Over 18 months, you will gain in-depth knowledge of fixed income, equities, and alternative investments such as illiquid assets, private equity, and real estate through various rotations.

FUTURES – Business & Project Excellence development path

The Business & Project Excellence development path offers you the opportunity to learn about the processes of an investment manager and to actively help shape them both operationally and strategically. Over 18 months, you will gain knowledge of project management and business processes and work on strategic topics and process optimizations.
