Role and tasks

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the Global Fellowship Program, including strategy, design, positioning and continuous improvement in close alignment with the Group Board and Group HR
  • Promote and represent the program globally, building a strong employer brand and positioning it as a top-tier leadership development opportunity internally and externally
  • Build, manage and deepen strategic partnerships with target universities and external stakeholders to secure strong global talent pipelines
  • Lead stakeholder and governance management with Group HR, Group Board members and country CEOs, ensuring rotations, placements and sponsorships, and clear agreement on Home/Host concepts, roles and responsibilities
  • Design and oversee a high-quality, multi-stage selection process that reflects ERGO’s culture, leadership expectations and international talent requirements, and define KPIs and success metrics for assignments, tracking and reporting program outcomes such as retention, performance and movement into leadership roles to senior management

Profile and skills

  • Excellent university degree or equivalent education, ideally in business, HR, psychology or a related field relevant to talent and leadership development
  • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in talent management, leadership development, executive search, campus recruiting or a closely related field, ideally in multinational organizations in financial services, insurance or adjacent sectors
  • Proven track record in building and managing strong relationships with top-tier business schools and universities worldwide and other global talent sources; established networks in the MBA and graduate recruitment market in the US, Europe and Asia are a strong plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including regular interaction with senior executives and board-level leaders, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • International exposure through study or work in multiple countries, high cultural sensitivity and confidence in diverse environments, with a strategic, entrepreneurial and proactive mindset and passion for developing future leaders and translating ERGO’s global leadership ambitions into scalable program designs
