Ihre zentrale Rolle

  • Business Analyse der zugeordneten Niederlassungen und Schnittstelle zwischen lokaler Niederlassungsleitung und (Zentral-)Funktionen der ERGO Group
  • Aufbereitung und Koordination von Anforderungen der lokalen Niederlassungen an die ERGO Group und vice versa sowie Treiben der Umsetzung inkl. Schnittstelle und Alignment mit den relevanten Kollegen aus dem Bereich International Business
  • Planung und Controlling der (finanziellen) Performance auf Basis definierter und ggf. zusätzlich zu entwickelnder KPIs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Kollegen aus dem Bereich International Business sowie Koordination von (administrativen) Anforderungen der lokalen Niederlassungen z.B, im Zusammenhang mit Personal oder IT-Betrieb in den Niederlassungen
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsvergleichen für die betreuten Märkte sowie laufende, strategische Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Einheiten
  • Begleitung der Kommunikation von ERGO Industrial in den Zielmärkten sowie mit den Niederlassungen gemeinsame Entwicklung und Durchführung von Marketing-Aktivitäten für die Märkte sowie Planung und Durchführung von vertriebsunterstützenden Maßnahmen im Ausland

Ihr Profil

  • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie idealerweise berufliche Auslandserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse des P&C Firmenkundengeschäfts und Expertise im Bereich Entwicklung von Geschäftsfeldern
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in analytischem Denken sowie in unternehmerischem und strategischem Handeln sowie hohes Maß an Kreativität, Innovations- und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Moderationskenntnisse mit einem hohen Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Leistungs- und Ergebnisorientierung
