The Infrastructure team specializes in making long-term investments in sustainable infrastructure projects. The company's investment strategy encompasses a wide range of sectors, including energy, digitalization, transportation, and social services. Through equity and debt investments, MEAG finances future-oriented topics that are central to a functioning and climate-friendly economy. We are committed to responsible investing and to making a measurable contribution to sustainable development.

Private Equity

The private equity team invests in top funds globally, supporting growth, buyout, and venture strategies that are poised to influence the economy of the future. We achieve this by diversifying broadly across regions and styles, consistently generating long-term value growth, and navigating market cycles with resilience. Our primary objective is to cultivate robust partnerships and ensure consistent performance.

Real Estate

The Real Estate division manages a widely diversified real estate portfolio in Europe and worldwide, ranging from office and residential properties to logistics and retail real estate. We take a holistic approach to managing the entire life cycle of a property and creating long-term, sustainable value growth. In doing so, we rely on market expertise, active management, and strong partnerships.

Natural Capital

The Natural Capital division invests in sustainable forest, agricultural, and natural resources that combine long-term value stability with environmental impact. Through a globally diversified portfolio, we contribute to climate protection, decarbonization, and the responsible use of natural resources. Our focus is on strategically developing natural capital and securing it for future generations.

Business Development

The Business Development team is responsible for the continued growth and expansion of the company's alternative assets business. We strategically, innovatively, and collaboratively drive the development of new processes, creating synergies and devising novel solutions. Our goal is to provide effective support to our investment areas in the ever-changing market environment. We leverage our combined expertise in markets, ESG, and assets to ensure long-term, sustainable growth and the creation of forward-thinking products.

Business Management

Business Management creates efficient structures, optimizes processes, and ensures that our divisions are optimally positioned in terms of operations and organization.

ESG

ESG embeds sustainability in all investment processes and ensures that our investments make a measurable environmental and social contribution.
