Our Düsseldorf office is one of MEAG's key real estate hubs. Located in a central location at Bahnstraße 16, not far from Königsallee, it is home to a team of around 20 employees working in the areas of leasing management, technical property management, and commercial property management.
From here, we manage around 45 properties in the Rhine-Main area and North Rhine-Westphalia, including properties in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bonn, and Frankfurt. Our range of services covers all relevant asset classes: office and commercial buildings, residential properties, logistics properties, and retail parks. Our Düsseldorf team focuses on the comprehensive commercial and technical management of the real estate portfolio we manage for third-party owners. Quality, reliability, and a service-oriented approach characterize our work, with the aim of managing real estate in a way that maintains its value and is sustainable in the long term.

Technical Property Management

Our Technical Property Managers ensure that our properties are in perfect technical condition. They are responsible for maintenance, modernization, energy-efficient renovation, and tenant fit-outs—and coordinate all external service providers to ensure efficient implementation.

Leasing Management

Our leasing managers are responsible for the initial and subsequent leasing of our commercial space. They manage external brokerage firms to ensure efficient marketing and successful contract conclusions. Together with asset and property management, they develop space utilization concepts to optimize the economic and strategic use of our real estate.
