At MEAG, you are part of a community spanning 47 nationalities across three continents. How does MEAG create a positive and open working environment?

Through an inclusive culture and diverse team compositions, we create the conditions for an unbiased working environment. We conduct annual “pulse checks” to measure our progress on equal opportunities and inclusion and derive targeted measures.

Together, we pursue clear goals, also with regard to women in leadership positions. Based on our own conviction, we have significantly increased the proportion of female leaders.

Internationality plays an equally important role for us as a global asset manager. To reduce language barriers, MEAG offers long-term language courses and, if required, intensive courses. All communication channels are therefore bilingual. In addition, we leverage all opportunities provided by technology to enable a multilingual environment.

In close collaboration with our internal networks and external partners, we implement a wide range of initiatives to further enhance equal opportunities, networking, and mutual support.

Developing strengths together: our employee networks

Our networks promote engagement, dialogue, and a sense of belonging within MEAG. Join us and use these platforms for your involvement, networking, or support on specific topics.

The women’s network Women In Network at MEAG (win@m) has already implemented many impactful initiatives in recent years.

Pride@MEAG is our LGBTQIA+ network, which also collaborates with the Group’s Pride networks.

In addition, a network for inclusion and work-life integration provides opportunities to exchange ideas on topics such as equal opportunities and inclusion for employees with disabilities or caregiving responsibilities, and to support one another.

The parent network focuses on key topics related to balancing career and family life.
