Performance regulator (m/f/d)

Your key role:

• Independently reviewing benefit obligations and settling cases involving occupational disability, incapacity to work, and long-term care pensions, taking into account special decision-making authority
• Independent management of a work area with follow-up management, including correspondence with customers, doctors, and other stakeholders
• Active customer and sales service by telephone to provide support in the assessment of benefits
• Processing of complaints as well as complex issues and special cases, support for the field sales force and sales partners
• Management of projects for the development of new work guidelines and processes, as well as the creation of letters, questionnaires, and forms

Your profile:

• Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or comparable training; alternatively, medical training or a degree in law/business administration
• Many years of experience in claims settlement for occupational disability, incapacity to work, long-term care, and basic disability cases; comprehensive knowledge of medical, occupational, actuarial, and social security law aspects
• Confident use of processing programs, high flexibility in your approach, strong team spirit, a high degree of personal responsibility, and quick comprehension
• Excellent understanding of service and ability to present even complex issues clearly and in a customer-friendly manner in writing and on the phone; analytical thinking and good work organization
• Creativity and openness to process optimization, as well as willingness to take on special and specific tasks
