How can I apply to the Summer Internship Programme?
Do you have internship opportunities outside of the Summer Programme?
I’m not studying one of the courses mentioned, can I still apply?
I am interested in the Internship Programme but I’m not available during the time period mentioned, can it be flexible?
Not typically. The Internship Programme has defined start and end dates, with dedicated activities and project work planned around them. We therefore ask students to commit to the full duration.
Am I able to join the Internship Programme remotely, from another location?
Unfortunately not. While we support hybrid working, in-person interaction is especially valuable at the early stages of your career. The networking, collaboration, and exposure you gain by being on-site are truly invaluable.
Is the Internship Programme credit-bearing?
No. The programme is not credit-bearing, but we are happy to provide a reference confirming your participation.
Is it a paid internship?
Yes. We pay according to market rate.
What would a successful application look like?
It varies from role to role. As a general rule, we expect students to have high academic attainment, be curious and inquisitive, and have a genuine interest in the industry. Strong communication skills are also paramount.
What will I learn during the internship?
The specifics depend on the role you do, however you will be guaranteed real-world experience, typically with ‘business as usual’ and project work that the team does. You will also get exposure to senior colleagues, giving you valuable insight into how executives work and communicate. We can guarantee that our interns are not here to do admin and make tea!
Is there the possibility to become a permanent employee afterwards?
It depends on the business need at the time. We are extremely proud to have a number of previous interns working with us as permanent employees today.
