In-house labour law counsel (m/f/d)
Your key role:
- Contact person and advisor for questions relating to individual and collective labour law for management, the HR department and the works council
- Advising and supporting management and stakeholders in matters of labour law and personnel policy
- Coordinating with co-determination bodies, safeguarding rights and responsibility for labour law disputes
- Providing labour law advice and participating in projects involving relocations, integrations and restructuring
Your profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer with relevant experience in labour law
- Highly meticulous and organised approach to work
- Creative problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, resilience and flexibility in challenging situations
- Good written and spoken German and English
