Lawyer - Data Protection Law (m/f/x)

Your central role:

• Adviser on data protection law or related matters for specialist departments with a focus on digitalization projects and innovation topics, online sales, customer marketing, websites, and social media
• Create and review data protection agreements, including data processing agreements, joint controller agreements, and standard contractual clauses
• Develop data protection legal opinions, recommendations, and consent declarations, as well as review data protection-related contractual clauses
• Support the data protection officer in creating and revising internal corporate regulations and handling data protection inquiries
• Assist departments with information requests and customer complaints, and participate in cross-functional working groups while advising on digitalization and AI projects

Your profile:

• An university degree in law / in-house counsel, business law, or comparable qualification with good knowledge and/or initial practical experience in data protection law, preferably evidenced by certificates (e.g., TÜV, GDD)
• Independent and resilient team player with a confident demeanor and a high level of negotiation and communication skills, along with a keen interest in new topics
• Solution-oriented thinking and working style with strong business acumen
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
