Your central role
- This position is primarily about one thing: engaging in dialogue with our customers
- You are the point of contact for various customer concerns and requirements
- You are responsible for recognizing the customer's needs, providing appropriate advice, and closing coverage gaps with the right insurance products
- To ensure you start well in your new role and can work confidently, you will receive a comprehensive certified training from us at the beginning
Your profile
- You are enthusiastic and motivated, can express yourself very well verbally, and are flexible with your time
- Since you will be acting as an intermediary for our insurance products, it is necessary for you to have a clean record (a police clearance certificate with no entries) and orderly financial circumstances
- No prior knowledge in the insurance industry or in telephony is required
