Head of Large Projects in the IT Environment (m/f/x)

Your Role

• Responsibility for Planning, Execution, and Commissioning of IT Projects
• Leadership of prioritized large programs and projects
• Utilization of existing and establishment of new control instruments and processes for the implementation of the ERGO Group's strategy from an IT perspective
• Budget responsibility, management, and controlling of all project budgets, as well as planning, implementation, and controlling of all milestones
• Content responsibility for all project results and project-related personnel management of the entire project team, including recruitment and assembly of sub-teams, as well as reporting on program and project progress in the corresponding ERGO committees

Your Profile

• University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• Many years of experience in technology/finance, ideally in insurance or IT Consulting
• Experience in coordinating and managing complex coordination processes, ideally in a corporate environment, is also advantageous
• Ability to integrate, intercultural competence, and enjoyment of collaboration with colleagues from various departments are essential
• Ability to abstract and structure, self-responsibility, motivation, as well as fluent German and English language skills
