Expert Compliance / Group AML (m/f/x)
Your central role:
- Further develop group-wide regulations and carry out resulting monitoring actions to ensure compliance with group-wide requirements
- Create, standardize, and enhance AML processes/control measures, including gap analyses, and provide advice and training to national/international employees and management
- Support M&A transactions and fulfill associated anti-money laundering tasks, including legal monitoring, gap, and impact analyses for the German subsidiaries
- Engage in regular exchanges with group-affiliated companies, assist in internal and external audits and regulatory examinations both domestically and internationally, and contribute to AML/CTF topics
- Participate in projects and internal working groups
Your profile:
- An university degree in business administration or law (law, business administration, economics, insurance management)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the anti-money laundering field, ideally with practical experience in the BaFin-regulated insurance sector
- Existing specific AML certifications or relevant certificates related to money laundering prevention (e.g., CCP, ICA, CAMS) and extensive experience regarding anti-money laundering risk management systems or CMS
- Team player with strong analytical skills and communication competence, structured working style, goal orientation, and independence in new topics
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel
