Executive Assistant CEO (m/f/x)
Your central role:
- Independently prepare and follow up on board meetings of the ERGO Group, as well as prepare other committee meetings (e.g., supervisory board)
- Content preparation for internal and external appointments
- Create strategic analyses and decision-making documents
- Contribute to special projects of strategic importance
- Support in the preparation and execution of leadership events
Your profile:
- Excellent university degree in the field of economics, law, or mathematics
- Good basic understanding of the insurance market
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills, as well as strong communication abilities
- Confident demeanor, resilience, discretion, flexibility, personal responsibility, initiative, and commitment
- Proficient in all common office applications and fluent in English, both written and spoken
