Your central role:

  • Support and independently develop/optimize, conceptualize, implement, and manage eProcurement systems (Coupa, SAP MM)
  • Assist in the nationwide and international rollout across the company
  • Conduct training and support sessions for system users
  • Act as a contact person and supporter for internal and external users with inquiries, serving as a central interface between stakeholders and IT
  • Manage, coordinate across the company, and create synergies for all method/system activities with relevant interfaces to implement best practices

Your profile:

  • An university degree in business administration or computer science, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in the administration of eProcurement systems (e.g., Coupa)
  • International project experience regarding rollout and release changes
  • Willingness to independently and continuously engage with new topics and system optimizations
  • Independent team player with strong initiative, meticulous working style, high commitment, and stakeholder management/service-oriented mentality
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
