Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope, develop project charter and plan deliverables, times, cost and resources 
  • Manage, monitor and report progress against the project plan, ensuring consistent and transparent communications are provided to Management and Executive Leadership
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for the IAM Team
  • Identify issues/risks, analyse options and manage impacts to mitigate project delays and take appropriate action to keep the project on track, leveraging support from key stakeholders and/or management as required
  • Managing changes to the project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Establishing effective project communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, but also IT finding the right solutions and ensuring their end-to-end implementation
  • Performing risk management to minimize potential risks and their negative impacts
  • Guaranteeing the adherence to the project management standard of Munich Re
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Multiple years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in IT related project management, ideally in the IAM or IT Security domains
  • Knowledge of IAM and related systems and technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, structuring and facilitation skills 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to apply IT risk and security considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures
