IoT Sensor Tech I

Provide first level support (e.g. phone, web portal and email) to client company participants in the IoT program. Respond to incoming alerts, troubleshooting of installations, general customer inquiries and the updating of the CRM system in accordance with established SLA’s and KPI’s.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma is required
• College degree preferred
• 2+ years’ of experience is required
• Experience with HSB working in customer service
• Experience working in a call center environment

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of all major HSB systems and products
• Good customer service skills
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Good problem solving skills
