Remote Customer Service Representative

Purpose:

Provides customer service to policyholders and agents by providing answers to customer inquiries and quotes.  Focuses on a satisfying experience for customers by displaying a knowledgeable, helpful, & positive attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
• Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products
• Uses multiple computer applications
• Actively participates and involvement in department initiatives and goals

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Proficient skills with all computer applications for servicing & quoting all products. 
• Proficient in utilizing knowledge management tools & resources.

This role requires remote internet speeds of 20 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.  Successful applicants working remotely may be required to perform, and share, the results of an internet speed test.
