Solution Architect - damage control (m/f/x)

Your key role

Design innovative IT architectures and integrate them into the existing system landscape with a focus on claims management

• Design solutions: With strategic foresight, you will develop future-proof architectures that optimally support our business processes and open up new digital opportunities
• Creating synergies: You act as a bridge between our international locations, advising on the implementation of requirements and decisions regarding system solutions in order to build a common target architecture
• Evaluating strategies: You evaluate solution scenarios and implementation strategies and conduct feasibility studies to develop optimal architecture solutions
• Manage development teams: With professional authority and technical expertise, you will lead our development teams, inspire them to find innovative solutions, and promote best practices in software development.
• Ensure quality: You will define architectural principles and technical standards, identify potential risks early on, and make smart design decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.

Your profile

Technical visionary with practical implementation skills

• Technical expertise: You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field and have professional experience in software development and architecture design
• Technological know-how: You have in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, mainframe, infrastructure, and integration architectures
• Analytical thinking: You can structure complex problems, break them down into their components, and develop innovative solutions. In doing so, you keep both functional and non-functional requirements in mind
• Strong communication skills: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills, enjoy international collaboration, and impress with your precise reasoning at all levels of the company
