Business Analyst - Operations IT (m/f/x)

Your key role

• You will work closely with divisional management, take on assignments, and implement them conceptually and creatively in order to achieve common goals
• You will support IT planning and the creation of business cases, and create transparency across our project portfolio in order to provide optimal support for the Operations division with our systems
• You will analyze the cost development of our systems and develop smart measures to improve the competitiveness of our IT processes
• You will prepare complex topics precisely, create comprehensive presentations and reports that support and simplify strategic decisions
• You will accompany IT projects, promote communication between departments, and ensure efficient collaboration in an international working environment

Your profile

• You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field and experience in preparing presentations and important decision-making documents for management
• You quickly grasp complex interrelationships, independently develop creative solutions, and communicate them diplomatically
• You have very good German and English skills and enjoy international cooperation and traveling to our international locations
• You confidently manage topics such as IT planning processes and budgeting processes and are proficient in MS Office programs
