Requirements Engineer - Solvency II (m/f/x)

Your central role

• Independent analysis of business requirements and their transformation into system requirements, including the creation of Solution Component Descriptions
• Responsibility for the proper implementation of system changes in the applications SAS IRM and Solvency II ETL to promote the economic success of the projects
• Adjustment of configurations and rules prior to quarterly closings to ensure data integrity
• Support for the productive operation and professional further development of the application systems, as well as assistance to the departments with IT inquiries
• Responsible participation in projects of varying sizes and supervision of external employees concerning compliance with the RE process and the ERGO procedural model

Your profile

• Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the fields of insurance, organization, mathematics, business administration, (business) informatics, and several years of experience in coordinating complex system landscapes and projects
• Solid experience in requirements engineering combined with professional expertise in the field of financial services or risk management
• Comprehensive knowledge of Solvency II closing processes and a good understanding of regulatory IT requirements; ideally with prior knowledge in the insurance or financial services sector
• Team player with a structured, service-oriented working style who communicates and collaborates effectively across company boundaries
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and very good German and English language skills; both experienced professionals and career starters are warmly welcomed
