Systems Analyst, Inbound Management (m/f/x)

Your key role

• Translation of business requirements from ERGO's operational and product areas into requirements for the IT systems of incoming mail management and description of the IT system solution
• Definition and description of associated test cases and performance of the corresponding tests
• Responsible participation in projects of various sizes in input management
• Service-oriented and competent support for the specialist departments and users of the IT systems
• Analysis of production errors and, if necessary, initiation of adjustments to the IT system solution for error correction

Your profile

• Completed university or technical college degree with a focus on insurance, organization, mathematics, economics, computer science, business informatics, or many years of professional experience in the insurance industry or one of the aforementioned areas
• Good knowledge of methods and procedures throughout the software development process with a focus on requirements engineering, ideally with certification in requirements engineering (IREB)
• Strong ability to quickly grasp, analyze, and precisely formulate complex issues, combined with a strong solution-oriented approach
• Keen interest in learning about the application systems and business processes to be supported
• Good knowledge of business and process analysis and good to very good written and spoken English skills
