Project Leader Corporate Strategy (m/f/x)

Your central role:

• Lead and participate in strategic projects to develop the overarching corporate strategy and derived objectives
• Develop strategically new business areas and support transformation and digitalization initiatives within the group
• Conduct analyses to derive strategic recommendations for the board level
• Act as the primary interface and contact person for stakeholders in reinsurance and primary insurance on cross-company strategic primary insurance matters

Your profile:

• Excellent university degree in economics, business informatics, or related fields with relevant professional experience, e.g., in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Good knowledge in project management and strategy knowledge, as well as understanding structures and processes in insurance groups and IT interfaces
• Communicative team player with strong analytical skills, creativity, and initiative
• High commitment, resilience, and loyalty distinguish you
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
