Occupational pension expert for specialized solutions (m/f/x)

Your central role:

• Developing special concepts for occupational pension schemes for medium-sized and large corporate clients and providing direct support to the Executive Board bAV
• Supporting sales teams with complex inquiries by providing in-depth expert advice
• Key account management (major clients/direct clients outside the sales teams)
• Providing consulting and services in the aforementioned customer segment for all sales partners
• Developing product approaches and sales opportunities through intensive monitoring of regulatory and political conditions as well as competition

Your profile:

• Excellent university degree in economics or natural sciences
• Outstanding knowledge and proven practical experience in setting up company pension schemes and outsourcing pension obligations
• Strong customer focus and sales affinity with a high degree of independence
• In-depth knowledge of business management, occupational pension schemes, products/tariffs, and the market
• Confident manner and excellent communication skills, both internally and externally (management level)
