Aktuar Pricing P&C (m/f/x)

Your central role

• Participation in the development of creative strategies, data analysis, and rate calculation to improve local pricing standards, as well as supporting individual companies through customized pricing
• Cross-functional collaboration for the further development of national and international pricing tools and ensuring best practices
• Responsibility for profit testing, compliance with governance requirements, and ensuring revenue targets in the Commercial Lines, supported by data analytics
• Evaluation and analysis of portfolios, rates, and methodologies for optimization
• Support for M&A initiatives by accompanying planned projects, incorporating data science

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) mathematics or a similar field, ideally with an actuarial apprenticeship (DAV)
• Several years of experience in premium and tariff calculation or risk modeling, particularly in commercial sectors
• Knowledge of pricing and data mining tools (e.g., Emblem, Radar, ResQ, R, SAS)
• Strong team skills as well as intercultural and social competencies, combined with convincing communication skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional international project assignments and good or excellent knowledge in English
