Client Operations Manager
Location: Valley Forge Office (Wayne, PA, USA)
Job Description
Execute business development opportunities for HSB and our partners. Manage cross-functional connectivity, both internally and externally, ensuring successful execution of client initiatives. Manage the end-to-end operational value chain for HSB’s target and/or traditional clients and prospects. Interact with senior executives to manage progress of HSB’s business development activities. Act as the dot-connector in client challenges and opportunities through the development of trusted partnerships both horizontally and vertically, in order to execute and understand the varying client disciplines that seek guidance and expertise. Maintain and monitor operational health by proactively analyzing client partnerships across all disciplines for issue identification, problem resolution and building synergies. Support the promotion and onboarding of HSB’s Digital Services and act as the project manager in the adoption of these services
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 4+ years’ experience in the P&C industry is required
- 3+ years’ experience in Project Management is preferred
- Workflow documentation experience is preferred

- Demonstrates stakeholder management skills and ability to work “in the gray” for an extended period of time
