Purpose:

Develop regional field accounts to build and enhance relationships with a focus on profitable growth, agent engagement across all product lines, increase awareness of AMIG’s value proposition, and identification of new growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional Sales to develop cross regional opportunities
  • Delivers and manages profitable growth, engagement, awareness and engagement campaigns based on regional sales account assignments.
  • Collaborates with TSM’s and National Account VP’s to develop sales plans, account development tactics, retention and marketing strategies through analysis of current and future market trends.
  • Participates in regional and cross-regional sales and training initiatives to support performance for the overall sales team.
  • Develops strong rapport and productive relationships with agency producers based on regional assignments.
  • Identified as an expert by customers in regard to product placement and market knowledge.
  • Gathers and assesses market and competitor intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborates with Sales Account Support personnel to achieve in-house support needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Participates with Product Department and Go To Market during state reviews on an as-need basis.
  • Represents American Modern at insurance conventions and trade shows on an as-need basis.
  • This is a remote/hybrid role with significant virtual presence and an estimated travel of 4-6 weeks per year.  Travel requirements and locations will vary depending on company and client needs. The company reserves the right to change estimated travel time based on business need.

Required Technical Skills: 

Knowledge of AMsuite, MS Office Suite applications, Teams Meetings, etc. and stays current on technological advancements. Ability to effectively utilize CRM, Copilot, One Note and Sharepoint. 

Education, Certifications & Designations: 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred: 

  • Professional Insurance designation (CPCU, CIC)
