Applied AI Business Partner (m/f/x)

Your central role:

Discover, assess, and champion AI opportunities

• Systematically assess business processes and domains across the Group to surface AI and automation opportunities with structured delivery frameworks
• Maintain and proactively manage a prioritized pipeline of assessed opportunities across the organization
• Evaluate options across the AI and automation space – generative AI, ML, RPA, workflow automations, AI Agents with scalability in mind
• Assess feasibility, data requirements, integration complexity, and develop business cases including value quantification, investment, and risk
• Engage and align stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership

Your profile:

The right mix of technical depth and business edge

• Formal engineering background with demonstrable hands-on experience in AI or automation – you have built, configured, evaluated or deployed solutions and can speak to the details
• Deep enough understanding of AI/ML concepts, IT architectures, and limitations to challenge vendors, assess proposals, and spot unrealistic claims
• Experience with structured discovery or assessment work across business domains, including building business cases and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Operates effectively and with a positive mindset across cultures and organizational boundaries – you adapt your approach without losing your point of view. Fluent in English and German.
• Collaborative by nature and effective in uncertainty – you bring others with you while building the playbook
